Orders & shipping
How long until my order arrives?
Every piece is printed after you order. Production takes 2–5 days, then standard shipping is 3–7 days in the US and UK, 7–14 days elsewhere. You get tracking as soon as it leaves the facility.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. Shipping is calculated at checkout and free on orders over $75. Duties for non-domestic orders are the recipient's responsibility.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Message us within 12 hours and we will do everything we can. Once production starts we cannot change the size or design.
Sizing & fit
How do the tees fit?
True to size with a relaxed unisex cut. Size up one for a deliberately oversized look. Our models wear M.
What if the size is wrong?
Exchanges are free within 30 days as long as the piece is unworn and unwashed. Start it from the Contact page with your order number.
What does "Layout" mean on a product page?
Each mantra comes in three print treatments — Circle of Meaning, Vertical Flow, and Pure Text. Same garment, same price; choose the one you want on the product page.
Products & care
What are the pieces made from?
Tees are soft, pre-shrunk organic cotton. Hoodies are a brushed fleece cotton blend. Performance pieces use a recycled four-way-stretch blend.
How do I keep the print looking new?
Wash cold, inside out, and hang dry. Avoid the tumble dryer and iron only on the reverse.

What is your returns policy?
30 days from delivery on unworn, unwashed items. Because everything is made to order we ask you to check the size guide first — it saves a lot of shipping.
Do you offer wholesale or studio orders?
Yes — studios, retreats, and teacher trainings. Email contact@iamthat.me with quantities and dates.
