Orders & shipping
How long until my order arrives?
Orders ship in 2 to 5 business days. In the US, expect 5 to 12 business days in total from your order date. International orders typically take 2 to 4 weeks after production. These are estimates, not guarantees.
Do you ship worldwide?
Shipping options and cost for your address show at checkout. Shipping is free on US orders over $75 (lowest-cost option). International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties and other customs charges, which you are responsible for.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Use the link in your confirmation email. You can edit your order at any time before it goes to production. Once it is in production it can no longer be edited.
Sizing & fit
How do the tees fit?
Our tees are unisex. Every tee page has a size guide with measurements. We suggest comparing the chart with a tee you already own, because we cannot accept sizing-related returns. Unsure? Message us before you order.
What if the size is wrong?
We cannot accept sizing-related returns or exchanges, so please check the size guide on the product page before you order. If your item arrives with a print error or visible quality issue, send us clear photos and your order number through the contact form within 30 days of receiving it and we will replace or refund it.
Products & care
What are the pieces made from?
Fabric details are listed on the apparel pages. For example, our tees in solid colours are 100% combed, ring-spun cotton; heather colours include some polyester.
How do I keep the print looking new?
Wash cold, inside out, and hang dry. Avoid the tumble dryer and iron only on the reverse.
Returns & the rest
What is your returns policy?
Quality is guaranteed. If there is a print error or visible quality issue, we will replace or refund it. We do not accept general returns or sizing-related returns.
